- Provide an overview of the Income Statement and explain how you can use it to understand your profitability, grow your revenue, and manage your expenses.
- Teach a step-by-step method to develop your own financial plan.
Don’t worry if you are a complete financial newbie. This workshop was designed with you specifically in mind.
What You’ll Get: During the workshop, Katie will explain a step-by-step method to develop your own financial plan for your business. She will provide participants with an MS Excel template that does all of the hard work for you, and you will just fill in the blanks.
