The story of Cava Grill began with three childhood friends wanting to put their modern-American spin on their families’ traditional Greek cooking. Their award-winning full-service restaurants in the DC area and product line sold in Whole Foods along the East Coast allow customers to experience Cava's inspired food at home and dining out.

Cava specialty dips come from a long line of Mediterranean tradition. Made fresh daily in a production kitchen in Rockville, MD, Cava dips are delivered directly to markets across the east coast and the midwest, with California production on the horizon. Cava products never contain artificial additives or preservatives. All dips and spreads are vegetarian, low in calories, fat, and sodium, and most are vegan and gluten free. Find them in Whole Foods Markets and other speciality markets.”
