YOGA + TEA SAMPLING
HOSTED BY ROSE GLOW TEA ROOM LOCATION: THE YARDS, WASHINGTON DC
Join Fallon Keplinger of Rose Glow Tea Room + Jada Thomas of Yogalistics DC, for an early morning yoga class and CBD infused tea sampling at The Yards in Washington DC.
WHAT YOU' LL LEARN: The art of restorative yoga through a 30 minute guided practice with the focus on relaxing in a held pose with the aid of props, without any strain or pain, to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Followed by CBD infused tea sampling provided by Rose Glow Tea Room.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each pose will be held between 5 and 10 minutes.
Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle back bends
Non-Heated.
The use of props include: Bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps
An offering of a variety of CBD infused teas by Rose Glow Tea Room to enjoy after the yoga practice.
Attire for a yoga practice includes any comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement. You are invited to remove your shoes for stability and balanced contact with the floor, as well as the opportunity to stretch and strengthen all the muscles in your feet.
Yoga is not a competitive practice - it is a practice intended to encourage self discovery, healing, connection and empowerment. Most importantly, always listen to your body and intuition, and never push yourself to a point of discomfort. Please take your time and enjoy the experience. This class is suitable for all levels.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: Jada Thomas, the founder of Yogalistics DC, a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach. Jada’s teaching style is centered on the philosophy of compassion and authenticity to transform the lives of youth and families through yoga and mindfulness.
