CHERRY BLOSSOM CUPCAKE DECORATING WORKSHOP

Join Anabel Fournier, the owner of Rose Vanilla, for a decadent afternoon of cupcake decorating with buttercream.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: In this workshop you will learn:
• Tips & tricks for mixing Swiss meringue buttercream to create a natural look.
• Piping techniques to make Cherry Blossoms and small flowers, leaves and buds using a flower nail and different piping tips.
• Different ways to assemble the flowers on the cupcakes.
• Adding leaves and fillers.
Vanilla cupcakes and Swiss meringue buttercream will be prepared in advance so the class is focused on the artistry and your own buttercream flower arrangements. You will leave the class with four of your own distinctive cupcakes to enjoy! You will learn techniques that can be applied to cupcakes, cakes, cookies and other sweet treats. Recipe for Swiss meringue buttercream will be shared.
All supplies and materials provided for in-class use. Please wear something that you don't mind getting a little buttercream on or bring your own apron.
Available for students ages 13+ - Beginner to intermediate. No experience necessary to take this class.
